Responsibilities and Requirements:
- End-to-end management of recruitment
- Stakeholder Management
- Data management - developing and managing various recruitment trackers
- Coordination for campus recruitment at top law schools -
- Coordination for background verification
- Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and operational capabilities are a prerequisite
- Prior sectoral expertise is not mandatory (TA experience will be preferable)
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
