Talent Acquisition Role - General Insurance Broker

Company: Leading General Insurance Brokers.

Role: Talent Acquisition.

Designation: Open to discussion.

Job Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment across Retail verticals for PAN India Location.

2. Bulk/Volume hiring of FLS for Pan India locations.

3. Coordinating with various department heads to generate job descriptions.

4. Vendor empaneling and management.

5. Compliance with ISO and quality-related processes for recruitment and onboarding.

6. Third-Party Reference check.

7. Coordination with accounts and compliance and learning development team for a smooth transition during the onboarding of the candidate.

8. Providing timely replacement for budgeted employees.

9. Develop new avenues of employee engagement activity.

10. Adherence to flow charts & recruitment processes.

11. Provide/make available the required manpower within the agreed timelines.

12. To ensure no new employee is missed in the payroll cycles.

13. Constant follow-up with Insurance companies for outstanding brokerage & other related issues like Income Tax / Service Tax / TDS certificates.

14. SAP data update.

15. Create an employee file and hand it over the same to the HR ops team.

16. Generate offer letters (HO only) and appointment letters every month for new joiners.

17. Maintaining the CA-related MIS for new joiners.
