Talent Acquisition
JD- Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates in partnership with line managers and HR Business Partners
- Manage recruitment strategy Interviewing skills, selection techniques etc
- Overall knowledge of Process adherence and Talent acquisition metrics; including Time to hire, Cost and sourcing mix, Customer satisfaction and Hiring process compliance.
- Managing stakeholders and also external vendors
- Implementing new staffing initiatives, working with HR managers to identify areas of improvement
- Identifying and implementing global standard recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated track record of using creativity and a full range of recruitment techniques to identify talented candidates quickly and cost effectively
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Be involved in Lateral and Campus hiring
- Work on special projects under TA - Design, conceptualization & Launch
