- Handling end to end recruitment process
- Handling PAN India Sales hiring
- Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for presenting the Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual Dashboards
- Identify and map new talent in the market as per business requirements.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Salary negotiation
