Requirements :
- Have led talent acquisition for volume hiring for a growing product startup on a variety of Leadership /IT Positions.
- Strong Operational experience in terms of forecasting, planning and budgeting.
- Expertise in setting up best practices in terms of sourcing from multiple channels especially social media.
- Ability to manage large numbers and mentor and groom the team on understanding job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with business leaders on their requirements and manage expectations.
- Proven experience of scaling up an organization.
- Strong hands on experience of hiring hard core tech talent in the past.
