Roles & Responsibilities :
- Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and onboarding the right talent for mid to leadership roles thereby fulfilling requirements on time.
- Ensuring timely feedback is passed on to the candidates and ensuring seamless experience during the candidate's hiring journey.
- Analyse and communicate with Internal and External sources on recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
- Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for different functions.
- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm
- Source and identify qualified exceptionally talented candidates for various open positions across all functional areas.
- Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates.
- Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs.
- Communicate with candidates/new hires (phone and email) throughout the entire hiring and orientation process.
- Implement the HR processes, managing the local execution working with the corporate HR department to ensure the consistency of the local policies and processes with the central HR strategy.
- Strong communication Skills
- Experience in a startup culture - comfortable with a fast paced, autonomous and unstructured environment (preferable)
- Ability to carry out tasks and projects independently and result oriented.
- Negotiation, communication and well-developed social skills.
