Designation: Team Leader/ Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition(Corpoate Hiring)

Responsibilities:
- Corporate Hiring expereincerequired for Non Tech assignment
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters for Manager level
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience for at least 3 years as talent acquisition leader and overall, 7 to 9 years of recruitment experience (ecommerce is preferable)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- A leader and strategic thinker
