Talent Acquisition - Contractual Role
Major Duties And Responsibilities :
- Talent mapping for roles in businesses and Corporate roles as per business needs.
- Stakeholder management with various functional and business heads for closure of positions within stipulated time and cost.
- Build up future candidate pool for TSP roles
- Establish and track efficiency metrics for TA across all sites and business and report to the Leadership team
- Develop and share a TA dashboard based on service level agreements. Measure & track site recruitment metrics.
- Build up pro-active sourcing methods like Web portals, headhunting, Researching and Social Networking etc.
- Initial assessment of candidates to see functional and cultural fit in the organization
- Attract the desired workforce.
- Guide and/or assist managers in the different hiring stages, such as requirements analyses, position descriptions, identifying recruitment sources, job postings, interviews and tests, selection, reference verification, security screening and others where needed.
- Work in collaboration with the managers to determine the competency profile of a particular position.
- Work closely with Corporate Talent Acquisition to drive Talent Acquisition practices uniformly across business units.
