Job Responsibilities:

- People planning, budgeting, and managing those throughout the year.

- The best possible use of sourcing channels, with a focus on economical strategies.

- The capacity to evaluate candidates throughout the interview process, carry out HR assessments, and provide insightful comments to the business team.

- Meet arbitrary deadlines.

- Weekly and monthly progress trackers from TA Analytics.

- Vendor administration.

- Collaborating and partnering with hiring managers and company leaders.

- Using ATS for the candidate life cycle

Experience: 5 to 10 years
