CTC :- 8 lac to 9 lacs max (APPROX ) ; depending upon last drawn CTC, total experience
Job Description :
Talent acquisition :
Bulk hiring, Bpo Domestic and International process.. induction joining formalities, salary negotiation, end to end recruitment, grievance handling, offer letter issuing.
Managing the TA Function.
Manpower Planning :
- Forecasting the requirement of employees on a monthly basis
- Forecasting Cycle for hiring & identifying the hiring needs on the basis of profiles, locations, skill sets, etc.
- Optimize the channel contributions across Vendors, Portals etc. Development of alternate sources of hiring i.e. employee referrals, Cold Calling & IJP.
- Managing team functions viz.
- Attendance and Leave planning, induction, On Boarding, performance appraisal, training, etc. Supervising the recruitment and On-boarding/Induction team of Executives/Sr. Executives and MIS.
- Increase the percentage of Direct hiring (Low/Zero Cost Channel) across location Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating & sustaining environment that fosters development and motivates high performance.
- Developing a positive working environment to enhance productivity through personal impact by way of devotionals, team meetings, 1:1's etc.
Managed Ramp-Up and Ramp Downs, vendor management, Campus & Job fairs. Formulate & Present Recruitment MIS Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly/ Annually to the Management (i.e. Recruitment Budget Vs Cost, Project Wise Hiring costs, Recruiter's Analysis, Joining Vs Offers, Attrition Analysis, etc)
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources; planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
- Preparing job specification and job descriptions to be communicated to the internal and external sources.
- Generating weekly & monthly recruitment reports. Closely interacting with the Vendors and job portals for recruiting prospective candidates.
- Responsible for Recruiting, SLA's i.e.: Offers vs. Joining, OTD, and Cost per hire, Source Mix and training throughput.
- Making hiring plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Tracker Management - Effectively update all data matrices and effectively measure all Talent acquisition process parameters and periodically publish Talent acquisition Dashboards Database Management - Managing and developing the database for optimum utilization. Attrition Management - Responsible for attrition management and arranging for backfills on a timely basis.
- Conducting attrition analysis and there by initiating and implementing attrition control measures to achieve the projected target
- Handling employee's grievances after their counseling with ER (if no resolution provided), Assisting Branch HOD to smoothen the processes/department.
Preferred Industry - IT / ITES / BPO / KPO / Call Centre.
EXP - pref - 6yrs plus..
Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA.
Industry - IT BPO/telecom - need to have bulk hiring exp.. E.g. - 500/600 monthly.. (plus/minus is okay to look at) .
