Company: BFSI Industry   Role: Talent Acquisition  Reporting To: Head HR  Direct Reports: 2  Location: Mumbai  Job Purpose Statement:  - Driving Talent strategy for the company- leading the staffing process and completion of hiring goals  - Employer Branding Increasing the visibility of the organization through participation in various surveys, campus placements etc.  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Drive the manpower planning exercise and revisit it regularly. Coordinate with various functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications and interview processes.  - Work with the FP&A team to prepare quarterly recruitment budgets and plans. Review and revisit the forecast and budgets every quarter.  - Create /define dashboards/ metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders  - Analyze attrition, productivity and other metrics with a view to enable optimum utilization of human resources and share the findings with regional teams during review meets  - Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify candidates for hiring needs. Help drive all sourcing channels including employee referrals, utilisation of vendors, campus hiring, social media hiring, etc. Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates headhunted /mapped for critical and niche roles.  - Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.  - Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help to evaluate candidates and to ensure the highest bar  - Design sourcing, pitching and recruiting strategies for mid-management and senior management roles.  - Compliance with ISO, PCMM and quality related process for Recruitment and Onboarding  - Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensure quality selection  - Coordination with Accounts and Compliance and Learning development team for smooth transition of the candidate  - Conducting various surveys-Benchmarking survey to understand and incorporate the best practices and Internal Customer Satisfaction survey  - Streamlining the Processes and developing SOP/SLA. Taking up QC stories so as to drive improvement projects.  - Devise various evaluation parameters in order to assess the candidate /new recruit in an effective manner. Viz-evaluation sheet, aptitude test, etc.  Qualification; Full-time MBA is the must.  - Experience; 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Manpower planning, Budgeting, Campus Hiring etc.   - Needless to state that the complete interaction will be held in utmost confidence.
