- 5 to 8 yrs experience in BFSI sector. Preference in Private banking

- Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify the accuracy of a candidate's work history and qualifications.

- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.

- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

- Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
