The ideal candidate must have: - At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience with minimum2 years in a Banking recruitment - Sound knowledge on Banking concepts and latest trends - Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Naukri, LinkedIN etc.) - Ability to validate job requirements and take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle. Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline. - Strong Internet sourcing skills using ATS and various job boards (i.e.: Naukri, LinkedIN etc.). - Strong communication and inter personal skills. - Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
