- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies, and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talent.
- Build talent communities of high-potential talent in the high-demand skill and domain areas.
- Be the trusted advisor that BU's can reach to understand talent availability and market intelligence.
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise to attract top talent with required skillsets to support business and growth objectives.
- Manage and deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer-to-join ratio for the BU, and talent experience.
- Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the requirement of the BU. Act as a Talent Acquisition business partner to all internal stakeholders.
- Driving recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per the agreed SLA.
- Managing KPIs for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic basis to key stakeholders
