Your Role :
We are looking for a Talent acquisition who would build a team for the Product organization. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to work in a very fast-paced environment and can define processes for us to scale to the next level and will be working close to the founding team.
A Day in Life :
- Leading hiring across the organization for all levels of professionals.
- Understanding Business and its expansion needs.
- Partnership with Leaders within the organization to enable smooth Manpower planning and onboarding.
- Making hiring plans and execution of the same.
- Managing and growing the Talent Acquisition team for tech and nontech and help them with the delivery strategy or achieving all recruitment matrices.
- Establish best practices around Talent acquisition function.
What we Need :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in scaling nontech talent acquisition functions and teams.
- Experience in reporting and analytics of multiple recruitment matrices.
- Expert in social media hiring, ATS management, Hiring plans & stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Campus hiring and employer branding is good to have.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law.
