Looking for Talent Acquisition professionals who have strong exp in Technology hiring for a Online travel / E commerce Company to be based in Gurgaon.
- This will be managing a team of 2-3 recruiters, reporting to Director - Talent Acquisition.
Job role :
Manage complete recruitment life cycle :
- Determine the staffing needs of the organisation and produce forecasts - understanding the right fitment for the role
- Build a well researched JD so as to attract the right talent
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (Job posting, conducting interviews,screening calls, scheduling next rounds, conducting background verification etc)
- Constant review and analysis of the hiring plan and the candidates
- Negotiating compensation, Rolling out offers, On boarding, MIS reporting and Updating Applicant tracking System
Develop long term channels of sourcing : through Internal Database, Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc
- Develop relevant hiring plans and strategies for the next cycle/next financial year
- Looking for candidates from E commerce companies who have managed Technology hiring, has team handling exp.
