Talent Acquisition Professional (From Recruitment Company)
Purpose & Scope of Position : The position is responsible for managing Talent Acquisition & Talent Management needs as well as taking care of HR operations for entire Off rolls employees.
Duties & Accountabilities :1. Executing hiring of employees across organization and across all levels and grades.
2. Assisting in restructuring and talent management.
3. Designing and developing requisitions and JDs.
4. End to end Manpower planning across the organization including taking requisitions and cost mapping.
5. Formulating talent strategy including identifying target market segment, industries and functions.
6. Screening & scrutinizing all the applications received.
7. Interviewing and shortlisting of candidates from all the sources; LinkedIn, Internal referral and Recruitment vendors.
8. Identifying the right and most cost-effective channels for sourcing.
9. Building talent pipeline by identifying active and passive candidate list.
10. Effectively managing various recruitment vendors.
11. Securing approvals at all levels ; including JD Preparations, finalizing of candidates and cost approvals.
12. Fostering strong relationships with various Campus for Campus recruitment. Acting as SPOC for all partnerships.
13. collaborating with Senior Management for business requirements and acting as Internal
14. Talent Advisor for sharing mapping of talent available vs cost benefit analysis.
15. Mobilizing and Facilitating the internal transfers and conversions.
16. Negotiating with candidates at all levels for compensation and salary.
17. Facilitating pre joining formalities including ; BGV and Medical checkups.
Must Haves :
- Experience range; 7+ yrs in Talent Acquisition from Staffing/Recruitment Agency
- Candidates with shorter notice period or immediate joiners will only be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand the role and industry in detail
