Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to be a part of the Talent Acquision Team of India, Middle & Africa partnering closely with the business which is comprised of many exciting business units across Sales, Service, Operations, IT and Corporate functions.
Talent Acquisition Partner
Reporting to : Head of Talent Acquisition.
Requirements:- 8 to 10 years of experience in progressive industries, preferably multi national work environment.
- Strong track record of achievement in Talent Acquisition including end-to-end recruitment and a deep knowledge of sourcing
- Comfortable with change and happy to take an agile approach to work. Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change.
- Curious with a continuous learning mentality
- Customer focused and able to build great relationships - both virtual and in-person
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and used to working with cross- functional teams in a matrix environment
- Results oriented with a can-do, positive attitude towards their work and the people around them
- Process mindset and ability taking new initiatives from idea to execution.
- Real appreciation for data and metrics with an ability to convert them into actionable activities and continuous improvement efforts
- Experience with leading Employer Branding activation and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives would be beneficial
- Have a fair understanding of compensation & benefit management practises
- Have a good understanding of channels of recruitment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
- Ability to manage recruitment for Sales, Service & Corporate Functions / Manage for junior roles to mid management roles (basically roles ranging from 6 lacs to 40 lacs)
- Has knowledge of the heavy equipment or process equipment industry & technology
- Can manage direct sourcing through job boards and also work with Recruitment partners.
- Has ability to interview candidates basis on their skills, competencies, behavorial and leadership ability.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of job boards / can prepare dashboards & MIS / good communication skills / good excel knowledge / has ability to understand and negotiate salary and benefits
Location: Role is based in Pune - Head Office
Travel : 30% - 40%
