About the Role:
a. Own the Talent Acquisition Strategy:
i. own end-to-end talent acquisition life-cycle for the different business units across geographies
ii. Provide leadership to the sourcing process across campus, niche and volume hiring.
iii. Manage the Recruitment and Relocation budgets.
b. Inclusion and Diversity hiring Champion
c. Look into and manage the Recruitment Analytics
d. Stakeholder Management and Negotiation
