EDUCATION: MBA from premier institutes like IIM, ISB, MDI, XLRI, SP Jain, FMS, NITIE, JBIMS, Narsee Monjee.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: E-Commerce, Technology, Software, Telecom

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Using multiple channels to source candidates

- Search, manage, build resource pools

- Responsible for screening candidates, conducting testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations

- Maintaining internal databases

- Negotiation with potential candidates

- Manage vendors / consultants

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE DESIRED

- Experience in Team Management is must

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience of managing vendors and consultants

- Ability to handle rapid and volume requirements

- Contract management experience
