Job Role :

- Assist department heads and hiring managers in determining staffing requirements and developing thorough hiring strategies for positions filled in bulk.

- Create and implement efficient sourcing plans, such as making use of job boards, social media, and industry networks, to draw in a wide range of applicants.

- To find top talent, do preliminary prospect assessments over the phone and through resume screening.

- Oversee the complete hiring process, from finding candidates to accepting offers, making sure the applicant experience is smooth and satisfying.

- Plan and organise assessments, interviews, and other pre-employment tasks in order to hire large numbers of people.

- Host recruitment activities on campuses and job fairs to draw in prospective applicants.

- When needed, establish and preserve a solid rapport with outside vendors and recruitment firms.

- Examine recruitment indicators and provide management with data on the status of mass hiring.
