We are looking to hire Manager - Talent Acquisition to assemble a global, high-impact, high-performance team to facilitate this growth. The role reports to the Director - TA and will be responsible for leading the entire gamut of the Recruitment CoE - Devise Strategies across all levels of hiring - Strategize and implement the best hiring policies - Monitor and improve SLA and benchmark driven efficiency metrics - Recruitment efforts planning - Capacity and timeliness reviews - Manage channels, vendors, references, and all policies and commercials relating to them - Stakeholder engagement - understand the organizations future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics - Possess technology acumen and maximize tech adoption to ensure candidate delight - Build a culture of appreciation and recognition - Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing - Work closely with the HR Business Partners - Good Process/Program management skills Must-Have - 12+ years of experience with any Master degree from a reputed university - Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Required - Professionals with experience in creating recruitment plans and executing (end-to-end) preferred Nice To Have Overseas work exposure in recruitment
