Client: A listed mid-size US product firm. The company has built a technology platform to serve independent agents who in turn sell luxury assets to the consumers in the US market.

Role: Talent Acquisition Manager

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Investigate and determine employee needs and develop a robust talent pipeline to meet the requirements

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to drive Talent acquisition objectives for the team

- Plan and execute recruitment processes to provide best in class experience to candidates

- Conduct candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction evaluations and drive operations to improve it

- Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team

- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for product and design teams

- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.

- Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure Organization TA strategy is ahead of the market

- Track TA performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis and effectively manage stakeholder

- Develop recruitment channels and manage the performance of the same

- Manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion.

Skills and experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in a product and design recruitment, including experience managing teams

- Experience in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (mixed experience in both agency and corporate)

- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, ATS/ recruitment systems

- A proven ability in building up effective stakeholder partnerships.

- Good experience in market mapping, research, and presenting the data.

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
