Key role: Incumbent will be doing Corporate Hiring's, Head Hunting, will be working on Senior Management roles & the Technical side roles (Not sales specific) roles related to Claims, Underwriting, Operations.
He will be majorly involve in 70% Talent Acquisition (Campus Hiring is involved) + Employee engagement, Compliance related issues.

Candidate should be willing to travel whenever it is required (Ex: Campus Hiring)
Only Males Required.
Work from Office& 2nd & 3rd Saturday's are off.
Responsibilities:
Owning the talent acquisition requirements of verticals and bringing the best practices.
- Campus recruitment.
- Building pipelines and sourcing strategies for the verticals assigned.
- Work closely with the stakeholders and closing the positions within the defined timeline.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor landscape, talent pool and compensation data.
- Ensure optimally utilizes the different channels of recruitment.
- Maintain the cost per hire as per the set goals and work towards improvising it further.
- Driving attrition action planning.
- Business Partnering with different stakeholders in the region.
- Maintain a pipeline of skilled talent, including consistent communication with the potential hires.
- Taking up new projects.
