- Partnering with business functions to anchor end-to-end recruiting cycle for Manager grade across all functions
- Attracting the right talent by building a healthy channel mix (social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, etc.) with a focus on cost optimization and minimizing lead time to recruit.
- Spearheaded digitization of lateral hiring process across multiple touchpoints to create a superior digital experience for new hires.
- Conducting recruitment life cycle which starts with manpower planning then involves Phone screens, technical skills assessment, Interviewing and negotiating salaries, reference checking and extending offers.
- Effective engagement with Business Leaders and Line Managers for better understanding of the role and for providing effective recruitment support.
- Looking after the headcount approval for all the line of business.
- Building Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement.
- Manage and coordinate campus/graduate recruitment programs.
- Offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with Vendors, line managers & candidates.
