Job Description: - Work closely with the Hiring Managers and other internal team members to strategize hiring projections on a monthly basis - Identify the platforms and strategies best suitable for the hiring needs - Involved in end to end recruitment - Partner with the external vendors in building the hiring talents funnel - Optimize cost per hire - Monitor candidate experience all through the candidate's journey - Maintain Hiring manager satisfaction Desired Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills - Creative thinker - Level headed attitude with attention to detail - Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases. - 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition - Relevant education background preferred
