One of our Clients, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Manager - COE (Technology & Process).
- The ideal candidate should be a Full Time MBA - HR from a good institute with 3- 5 years experience and should have worked on COE initiatives/ projects in Talent Acquisition function,
Job Purpose :
- Ensuring TA processes are updated and aligned with overall TA strategy
- Ensuring TA processes are compliant with internal & external audit requirements
- Reviewing and maintaining the central repository of Processes & Cost
- Responsible for successful delivery of HR systems and process solutions to meet the organizations needs
- Responsible for optimizing recruitment system and process efficiencies
- Responsible for implementing strategic assessment solutions to improve quality of hire
- Responsible for reviewing & publishing TA structure, TA KPIs & TA MIS/Metrics
- Responsible for ensuring the adoption to technology & process intervention of the team
