- Responsible for Management staff & Agent staff hiring.
- To lead a team of recruiters to hire a large number of employees on monthly basis for domestic as well as international business processes and filling job vacancies on time in efficient & economic manner.
- Developing, handling, dealing and tackling Channel partners to ensure that they keep on delivering hiring numbers consistently.
- Planning long term staffing needs reparing annual budget for recruitment and working within the budget.
- Implementing innovative ideas to reduce cost and enhance hiring efficiency.
- Implementing Operational excellence in the hiring process
- Planning and implementing alternate hiring strategies to consistently deliver desired numbers
- Building a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
- Exploring market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
