We need a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 12 months contract to work for one of our clients, a fast growing Fintech client, headquartered in Singapore to be based out of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Heads and Functional Heads of various group companies to get a clear view on their business, strategic objectives and hiring needs
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements :
- MBA with 8 to 12 years' experience in BFSI Talent Acquisition
- Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition processes
- Strong knowledge of candidates - selection tools and methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Client focus along with relationship building skills
- Business acumen and market insight
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
