Role:
- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements by partnering with the HRBPs and functional Heads
- Candidate engagement and feedback
- Manage offer process in alignment with C&B guidelines
- Campus Hiring for summer intern and management trainees
- Employer Branding
Requirements:
- MBA in HR from a premier institute
- 4-8 yrs of HR experience with good exposure to talent acquisition, campus hiring, employer branding etc.
Location: Hyderabad
