Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualification: Full time MBA

Experience: 10+ yrs post qualification

Geographical Diversity: National

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- Responsible for Global Resourcing based out of India.

- Integral part of Leadership Teams in developing and delivering departmental people resourcing plans.

- Processes, identifying issues and taking remedial action to ensure achievement within time-scales.

- Adapt Corporate HR policies and procedures in line with local statutory and legal requirements.

- Develop and gain approval for collective agreements including taking the lead in candidate negotiations and supporting the team as appropriate.

- Lead a team of recruiters and also be an individual contributor for senior leadership hiring SME skills.
