- Managing Complete Recruitment cycle for Middle-Level to Senior Level Positions across all Businesses and Functions, including conducting HR Interview, negotiating and generating offers.
- Ensure process adherence for TA and quality of hire
- Maintain battery of assessments for candidates for different positions.
- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures (incl. tools) and implementing them with consistency.
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing l
Education and Experience
- Post Graduate Qualification in HR from a Tier 1 Institute.
- Minimum 7 years (Experience required would be 7years or more, if not from Tier 1 Institute)
- Experience of managing Talent Acquisition hands-on particularly in the leadership hiring space
- Should have some experience of front-ending with employees and Leaders as a HR Business Partner
