Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with profound expertise in recruiting for Technology roles within the Fintech sector. As the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by strategically identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful strategic hiring initiatives, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the nuances of talent acquisition in the technology domain.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

- Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.

- Analyse recruitment metrics to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the talent acquisition team.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for Technology roles within the Fintech industry.

- Proven track record of strategic hiring and talent acquisition leadership.

- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Deep knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.

Base Location: Pune, India.
