Description

- End-to-End Recruitment:

- Lead the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their team's needs and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.-


Technology Recruitment Expertise:

- Leverage extensive experience in technology recruitment to identify and engage top talent in areas such as software development, engineering, data science, and other technical domains.

Talent Sourcing:

- Utilise various sourcing channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organisation.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Employer Branding:

- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation reputation as an employer of choice within the tech industry.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and provide regular reports to leadership.

Profile:

- A track record of at least 15 plus years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a pronounced focus on technology roles within fast-paced and dynamic organisations

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building across all tiers of the organisation.



- Aptitude for adapting to evolving business needs, coupled with creative thinking and a history of delivering in fast-paced environments.



- A proactive, solution-driven mindset focused on delivering a superlative candidate experience.



- Exemplary professionalism and integrity, upholding the values and culture of the client.
