Job Description :

- Sr. professional with around 15-17 years of work experience, last 2-3 years in a leadership role in IT services companies.

- Smart, articulate and has the depth of experience in hiring in the technology environment.

- He/She will be responsible for Recruitment strategy, budgeting and execution of the plan

- He/she will be responsible for Talent Acquisition at all levels for India and Europe geos,

- Should be adept at leadership hiring

- Experience in rebadging exercises and strategic hiring projects

- Managing a multi-location team of 15-20 people

Education Qualification :

- B.Tech and MBA / MCA from reputed School .
