Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Description:
- Responsible & owning the end to end recruitment process and invoicing.
- Monitoring of functions such as conceptualization, solution mapping, and execution of strategies defined.
- Continuously building a relationship and managing clients for active inflow of business through them and delivery within TAT.
- Responsible for sharing a weekly / monthly/ quarterly report to top management.
- Bench building and resource pooling on specific and identified skill sets.
- Handling a team of consultants to meet the manpower requirements for all the clients.
- Setting team targets and motivating team members / resolving queries/problems.
- Training/ mentoring new team members.
- Responsible for Leadership Hiring for our Clients.
- Streamlining the recruitment plan & processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Introduce innovative ideas for new recruitment models.

- Excellent recruitment and head hunting skills and experience across Advertising, Media, Luxury and Retail sectors.
- Ability to lead and guide a team to help achieve business objectives.
- Self-starter, naturally driven by an assertive, Can-Do, Go-Getter attitude.
- Must work well under pressure and tight timelines.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
- Strong Analytical and Data Management skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality outputs
- Should be people -oriented and affable and have an attitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment.
Qualifications &Work Experience :
- MBA/PGD in HR from a premier institute with between 7-12 years of recruitment experience.
