Job Purpose:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Lead/ Manager who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal candidate is a self motivated, go-getter with impeccable communication skills, and is ready to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent across different geographies

- Perform analysis of hiring needs and develop sustainable hiring plans and strategies

- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination.

- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the assigned Business Unit/ Business Vertical; multi-level hiring and people management.

- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates

- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly

- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team, Motivate and energize the team to drive the company's vision, mission and developing employer brand.

- Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.

- Manage all job descriptions ensuring they are high quality and accurate.

- Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention

Required skills and Qualifications -


- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience of 3-7 years in full-cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 2-3 TA members

- In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software.

- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- Experience closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with competing for top tech talent.

- Solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.

- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- MBA/PG in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.

- Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Workdays: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)

(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with US time zone, since our major stakeholders are based out of US)
