We are looking of Talent Acquisition Lead for our Bengaluru location.

Our ideal candidate will have a track record of high-velocity Product engineering skills hiring experience, effective pipeline building skills, and generally have an ability to prioritize and show results. This lead Recruiter will have multiple stakeholders Hiring Managers, so excitement around juggling lots of balls and working with our fun team will be critical to success.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

- Focus on skill sets such as Embedded Engineers, Systems Architects, Firmware Engineers, Big Data Engineers, Machine Learning and project managers/leads.

- Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including job boards, cold calling, internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.

- Ability to identify and qualify a top-notch firmware engineer

- Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checks, and make salary recommendations.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Minimum 8+ years technical recruiting experience, preferably in product engineering hiring.

- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior management positions.

- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

- The team works very hard, independently, and collectively. You MUST have a sense of humor and strong desire to change the status quo.
