Candidate should have excellent skills in talent acquisition, someone who has himself started as a recruiter, should have managed volume numbers, something close to 100-150 positions in a month.

Adept at stakeholder management and driving a team to achieve target month on month.

Candidates with stability in profiles would be preferred, frequent hoppers not preferred

Excellent in Communication a must.
