Role : Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual Contributor Role)

Profile :

- Recruitment: Manage sourcing mix which involves in-house sourcing, vendor support and referral hiring.

- Workforce planning, determining short and long term requirements, create strategies & action Plan accordingly

- Stakeholder Management: Handle escalation, gather hiring needs and deliver seamless fulfillment

- Vendor Management: Responsible for creating a good vendor pool, Maintain the profile flow and conduct smooth closures.
