Talent Acquisition Lead - Executive Search Firm

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead for a private equity firm based in Mumbai.

Key Requirements:

- Execute search assignments successfully, collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers.

- Conduct thorough research, sourcing, candidate identification, comprehensive screens, and reference checks.

- Manage candidates through the entire process and own communication between the hiring team and candidates.

- Proactively map and manage databases, ensuring continuous engagement with high-potential candidates.

- Create employer branding and support in organizing networking events as an alternate source of staying in touch with candidates.

- 3-6 years of experience, preferably in an executive search firm.
