Description
Reporting into the Head HR your specific responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic oversight for direct staff recruitment, and act as an escalation point for issues related to direct hiring
- Building Synergies with Skill Development Centres
- Define/ refine process of direct recruitment in line with business needs and government regulation
- Bringing in new techniques and methods to reduce time in hiring
- Review monthly rolling business plan (current + 2 month) and identify recruitment target
- Plan sourcing strategy along with recruiters (location, type of activity etc.) to ensure in time recruitment, cost and quality
- Developing and maintaining effective, collaborative, collegiate working relations with all staff and key stakeholders together with partnering and supporting the business
Profile
- You should come with a minimum of 12-16 years of overall experience across HR with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in bulk hiring
- It is mandatory for the candidate to have worked with Skill Development centres for Recruitment
- You should also have strong executive presence and have worked with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Security Services or Distributed Industry will be preferred
