Our client is a retail giant and is a market leader in their domain.
They are looking to hire a Chief Manager, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Head, looking after the following responsibilities:
- Spearhead hiring for all corporate functions, including up to 100 hires monthly
- Lead all change management initiatives relating to Talent Acquisition COE, including process improvement, assessment-based hiring, and institutionalization of the ATS
- Manage and guide all internal stakeholders on all matters related to hiring across functions
- Build and hone a network of passive candidates to have a steady talent pipeline for all roles around the year
- Oversaw the talent budgeting exercise for the organization and provide inputs to the Business Partnering Team to ensure accurate manpower planning across retail outlets and all the corporate functions
- Work in conjunction with the compensation team to define the pay ranges for all generic and niche skill sets through the organizational hierarchy
The right candidate should come with:
1. 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition COE
2. Team handling experience
3. Background in retail, IT, and consulting domains and should have worked in high-paced and highly structured working environments
4. A stable tenure over the years
5. A desire to add value through talent acquisition and has previously helped in scaling up businesses
