Job Profile:

- Lead Lateral Hiring - Mumbai (SM Level - Support role)

- Approx yearly delivery would range between 1000-1500 lateral hires

- Opportunity to hire across competencies like IT, Consulting, Risk, etc

- Lead a seasoned recruiting team of recruiters ranging between Manager/AM/Exec

- Exposure to Independently manage large stakeholder

- Compliance to internal process and policies

Prospective candidate should have 13+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment, should have managed huge team of recruiters and involved in Stakeholder management.
