Hiring for a Leading Software MNC Co. into a Talent Acquisition profile.   Exp required: 8-10 Years post MBA in Staffing, Talent acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing.  Only People from Tier 1 Organisation & Tier 1 MBA School need to apply.   Industry Preferred: Information Technology/ Internet/ Software (Preferably from an IT Product Company, MNC)  MBA- HR (Premier B Schools only)   Location: Bangalore   Job responsibilities:   - Engage key Staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of clients and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing   - Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)   - Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions   - Manage the entire external candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates.   - Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and candidate communities (local and non-local) to enable short immediate hiring and long term opportunistic hiring  - Partner with the Campus team to hire top talent and implement appropriate programs.  - Consult with business leaders, hiring managers and Staffing/HR leaders regarding headcount management, hiring profiles, candidates, programs, fiscal planning, etc.  - Articulate business strategy and complexities of the external competitive landscape to internal and external parties  Desired Criteria:   - Degree in human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills   - Strong Staffing and business consulting skills   - Experience using influential tactics   - Experience using strong collaboration skills to successfully deliver cross-group initiatives   - Experience in developing and optimizing multi-faceted processes   - Must be self critical and able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment  - Must be a self-starter and be able to understand the larger picture of business operations  If the above mentioned profile matches your requirement, pl send me a copy of your updated profile at saloni@arcisindia.net mentioning the following details   1) Current CTC  2) Expected CTC  3) Notice Period   Saloni
