Looking for a Tier 1 school - HR professional for a strategic role in Talent Acquisition/ Employer Branding for a well known brand
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Talent Branding initiatives- internal as well as external branding in the preferred talent markets
- Capability building programs for TA team, etc.
- Tracking and publishing Recruiting metrics/Dashboards to Executive leadership
- Tracking and raising the baron, Recruiter productivity & Conversion ratios.
- Forecasting and budgeting.
- Process improvements and driving efficiency in the recruitment process
