I am recruiting for a Talent Acquisition + HR Business Partner role with The Times Group, based in Chennai.

A brief insight into the role -

Talent Acquisition

- Meet recruitment targets across business verticals for the branch, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring recruitment efficiency.

HR Business Partner

- Working towards optimal utilization of manpower by role enhancement, work on projections for manpower.

- Liaise with other functional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.

- Identify training needs and help prepare training calendar for the branch/ location/ region.

- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the Leadership team.

- Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal and ensure timely and fair completion of the same.

- Ensure timely completion of goal setting and complete process adherence of the appraisal process for relevant business units.

- Conceptualization and implementation of function specific engagement initiatives / rewards & recognition schemes.
