- Responsible for interacting with the BU Heads & business stakeholders to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy.
- Partner with business to execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
- The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
- Must have bulk hiring experience and 80% into Recruitment and 20% into HRBP.
