- Manage entire recruitment life cycle right from candidate sourcing through direct sourcing/Job boards/references posting the positions on Job boards, initial screening of candidates (best matches to the JDs), lining up for interviews, compensation negotiations, offers, on boarding formalities.   - Talent Landscaping, Mapping, Market Intelligence and Industry Research and ensure that the assigned deliverables are completed within stipulated deadlines.   - Must be able to connect well with internal leadership levels and be able to deliver in a matrix organization   - Share weekly MIS on position movement .
