JOB TITLE : MANAGER – TALENT ACQUISITION- National Role

REPORTING TO : NATIONAL MANAGER HR (Talent Acquisition Head)

LOCATION : GURGAON

KRA’S:

- Handling end to end recruitment for the healthcare business PAN India

- Providing Talent Acquisition support

- Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.

- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes internally.

- Streamlining TA policies and processes

- Taking diversity initiatives

- Campus hiring

QUALIFICATION:

- MBA full time form a reputed institute

- 3 –6 years of experience post MBA

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Should be analytical and effective

- Brilliant execution

- Should be able to handle a highly strategic role
